At Soleintrend, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the procedures and guidelines for cancellations, returns, and refunds. Please read the following information carefully before initiating any return or refund request.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that cancellation requests must be submitted via email to our customer service team. If your order has already entered the shipping process, the cancellation cannot be processed, and you will need to follow our standard return procedure after receiving the item.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Certain items may be exempt from returns due to hygiene or safety reasons, which will be clearly marked on the product page.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA number may experience processing delays. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as shipping the wrong item).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the returned item(s). Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. For items purchased during promotional periods, only the actual amount paid will be refunded.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary. If you've completed these steps and still haven't received your refund, please contact our customer service team with your order details. We will investigate the matter and keep you informed throughout the process.

In cases where a refund is confirmed as processed by our system but not received by the customer, we may require additional verification steps to ensure the security of the transaction. This may include providing proof of identity or bank statements (with sensitive information redacted).
